Fighting back! Lay off one and force overtime on the other had reared it's ugly head once more. The frustration and anger of the people on the street, their supporters in the union and those working on the inside, was instantaneous. Borne from this, was the inception of the Skilled Trades Association and was immediate, following our layoffs. Here are the letters that have been written by many of us and our supporters. They are presented here in reverse chronological order and will show you our escalating efforts to make management accountable for their absence of conscience and lack of cooperation with our leadership.
