We are the Skilled Trades Association of General Motors St. Catharines Division Niagara Ontario. We are in the midst of a fight back program directed at becoming re-employed.
Also we are dedicated to improving opportunities for trade apprenticeships in our area and in our province.
Our union leaders have shown 110% support for us and continue to assist us in every way. They are to be commended for their hard work and dedication. We are not operating outside our local but we are a unified trade voice ready to help our leadership in any way we can.
Our communication with you is to introduce our multiple causes and
ourselves. Of equal importance is to see if there are others like us who may feel a kinship. Have you started a Skilled Trades Association or group, or thought about it? Do we have things in common to discuss? Can we help each other in any way? Can we help make our union stronger by unifying our thoughts and voices across our province? Do we need to talk?
